Digital portraits: Delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Physical products: 2–5 business days processing time, plus shipping time depending on the method selected.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

✏️ Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that window, we cannot guarantee address modifications as production may already be underway.

💾 Digital Downloads

Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the file has been delivered. However, if you're not satisfied with your portrait, we offer free revisions — up to 2 per order. Your satisfaction matters to us.

✅ Physical Products — Quality Guarantee

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free of charge or offer a full refund. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right immediately.

💛 Physical Products — Satisfaction

Not happy with your physical product? Contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund (minus shipping costs). Your happiness is our priority.
