By accessing or using the PAWTRAIT website (pawtrait.com) and any of its associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our platform. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services. By placing an order or using our AI Studio, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
PAWTRAIT provides AI-powered custom pet portrait services. We transform your pet's photographs into unique artistic portraits using advanced artificial intelligence technology. Our product offerings include:
Digital Products: High-resolution digital portrait downloads available in multiple AI art styles, delivered instantly via email as PNG files.
Physical Products: Premium printed products featuring your custom pet portraits, including canvas prints, ceramic mugs, phone cases, tote bags, throw pillows, and other merchandise โ all produced through our trusted print-on-demand partners.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice. Product images on our website are representative; actual products may vary slightly in color and finish due to display settings and manufacturing processes.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, though any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners, Stripe and PayPal. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal accounts. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your order.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
Upon purchase of a Digital Download, you will receive a high-resolution portrait file via email. All digital portraits are delivered in PNG format at 4000 ร 4000 pixels resolution with 300 DPI, suitable for both screen display and professional-quality printing.
Digital Downloads are granted under a Personal Use License, which permits you to:
โข Print the portrait for personal, non-commercial use in your home or as a gift
โข Use the image as a personal profile photo or screensaver
โข Share on personal social media accounts with attribution to PAWTRAIT
Personal Use License does not permit commercial use, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or modification of the portrait for derivative commercial products. If you require commercial licensing, please contact us for custom arrangements.
Physical products are manufactured and shipped through our trusted print-on-demand partners. Production and shipping times vary by product type and destination. Estimated delivery timelines are provided on each product page and during checkout.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production volume, carrier issues, customs processing for international orders, or circumstances beyond our control. PAWTRAIT is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Your Photos: You retain full ownership and copyright of the original pet photographs you upload to our platform. By submitting your photos, you grant PAWTRAIT a limited license to process, store, and use them solely for the purpose of creating your custom portraits.
AI-Generated Portraits: Upon purchase, you receive a Personal Use License for the AI-generated portrait of your pet. This license grants you the rights described in Section 4 (Digital Products).
PAWTRAIT retains ownership of our brand name, logo, AI algorithms, proprietary technology, website design, and all original content on the platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any PAWTRAIT proprietary materials without explicit written permission.
By uploading photographs to PAWTRAIT, you represent and warrant that:
โข You own the copyright to the uploaded photos or have obtained all necessary permissions from the rightful owner
โข The photos do not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights
โข The photos do not contain any illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
You grant PAWTRAIT the right to use AI technology to process, transform, and generate artistic portraits from your uploaded photographs. You acknowledge that AI processing involves algorithmic interpretation and the final output may differ from a traditional hand-drawn portrait.
PAWTRAIT reserves the right to reject or remove any uploaded content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate, and to report such violations to relevant authorities if necessary.
Digital Downloads: Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable. Once your file is delivered, no refunds or exchanges can be issued. We encourage you to review our style samples before purchasing to ensure satisfaction.
Physical Products: If your physical product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will offer a replacement or refund. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue.
We do not accept returns for physical products due to personal dissatisfaction with the artistic style or color variation, as each AI-generated portrait is a unique creative work and physical product colors may vary slightly from digital screens.
AI-generated art is an interpretive creative process. The resulting portrait is a unique artistic interpretation of your pet's photograph and may vary in style, detail, and expression from the original photo. This is an inherent characteristic of AI art, not a defect.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PAWTRAIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to PAWTRAIT for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PAWTRAIT does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We do not guarantee that our website will be compatible with all devices, browsers, or network configurations. PAWTRAIT disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of PAWTRAIT's services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction. You agree that any legal proceedings must be initiated within one year of the date the cause of action arose.

Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must discontinue using our services and request deletion of your account and data.
